The problem
A clinic's calls range from routine booking to questions that need a person's judgment. A website for an AI receptionist has to explain that boundary as clearly as it explains the convenience.
Noted needed to show what a call sounds like, what the receptionist can handle and what the team receives when a conversation needs to be handed over.
What I did
I built the opening around four voices and the everyday tasks they represent. A larger sample-call section includes both straightforward requests and awkward moments, with transcripts and outcomes beside the audio.
The handoff section makes the limit explicit: a routine booking can continue, while an unapproved answer, a fee exception or a clinical question goes to the team. A reception note shows the caller's request, confirmed details and the action that remains.
Clinic-specific pages connect the shared system to situations a practice recognizes. A call-volume calculator makes pricing easier to explore, and the bright voice illustrations add personality while the rest of the layout stays calm and practical.
What changed
The finished site presents the service with its limits in view. A clinic can listen to representative calls, inspect a handoff and understand what its reception team still owns before booking a demonstration.
A shared layout supports different clinic types while leaving room for their appointment language, examples and imagery.

“Ilse made the handoff as clear as the booking. The difficult call examples and reception note show where our product stops and the clinic team takes over. That was the most important part of the story.”
