The problem
A business choosing an AI phone agent is handing over a first impression. A feature list cannot tell them whether the voice will sound right, handle an awkward request or know when to bring in a person.
CallWave needed a website that made those questions easy to explore, without asking visitors to book a sales call just to hear the product.
What I did
I put a playable conversation directly in the opening section. The interface pairs a voice waveform with plain descriptions of the task, so visitors can hear the product and understand what it is doing.
Six sample calls cover recognizable moments: booking, moving or canceling a visit, asking a question, reaching the team and calling after hours. A separate language section makes the voice choices tangible. Warm neutrals, green surfaces and an editorial typeface give the audio room to lead.
The setup section follows the decisions a business owner needs to make: add business details, set the agent's boundaries and test a conversation. Pricing comes after that explanation, with the differences between plans close to the price.
What changed
The website now works as a guided product demonstration. Visitors can listen to everyday calls, see where a person steps in and understand how they would configure the agent for their own business.
The design carries the same audio-led hierarchy onto mobile, where a visitor can try the product one conversation at a time.
Outcome
6 sample calls
Realistic call scenarios that explain the product by letting visitors hear it.

“Ilse's first decision was to let people listen. The call examples, setup steps and handoff explanation show what we mean far better than another feature list could.”
