The problem
AI search visibility is difficult to explain because the thing a client wants—a useful recommendation—is several steps removed from the work an agency sells. Audits, citation work and tracking can all sound like interchangeable services.
Citebound needed to show what it examines, what it changes and what a client receives, without promising control over another company's AI answers.
What I did
I centered the site on the evidence an audit produces. Scorecards, source references and comparisons give the service a visible working language. The restrained black-and-white palette keeps that evidence readable; orange marks the decisions and next steps.
The services section separates diagnosis from ongoing work. The pricing page presents an audit, a citation program and a broader engagement as distinct commitments, each with its own scope. Case-study previews connect the offer to examples of the work rather than a wall of broad claims.
The audit form asks for the company, website, category and competitors before the request is submitted. It feels like the start of a useful brief, with the same visual vocabulary as the reports shown elsewhere.
What changed
The finished site gives a prospective client a route from an unfamiliar problem to a specific first engagement. They can inspect the report format, compare the scopes and provide a useful brief from one connected journey.
Its reusable report and case-study patterns give the agency a consistent way to present new work as the service develops.
